RIC provided survey, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the 2,100 SF Starbucks located in North Kansas City, Missouri. RIC’s scope of work included boundary and topographic survey, site planning, traffic memorandum, civil site plans, erosion control plans, and landscape plans. The project required obtaining a MoDOT permit for the removal of existing driveways, grading in the right-of-way, and construction of new curb and sidewalks on Armour Road. RIC also provided coordination with a City-led project for the demolition of an existing building on the site and Armour Road improvements.
