Bill Yord has more than 33 years of experience in the design, construction, and management of a wide variety of public and private civil engineering projects. He has an extensive background in railroad, transportation, utility and site engineering. He brings nationwide experience to the team with an emphasis on hydrologic and hydraulic engineering, permanent and temporary best management practices, municipal storm sewer systems, stable channel design, and river flood works. Bill maintains an exemplary record of superior customer service and project execution, meeting project budgets, schedules, and quality. In addition to his position at RIC, he also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Missouri in Kansas City in the School of Computing and Engineering where he teaches hydrologic and hydraulic engineering classes.
